Annual plans are non-refundable once activated. Your investment is protected by our Lead Delivery Guarantee:

- Any lead that does not meet our quality standards (SOL-expired, wrong case type, duplicate) is replaced at no charge within 48 hours.

- Attorney disputes are reviewed within 48 hours — valid disputes result in full lead-credit replacement.
