The Opportunity

The medical lien advantage

Personal injury patients are among the most valuable patients in any practice:

  • Payment guaranteed from settlement
  • No insurance billing headaches
  • No collections issues
  • Higher reimbursement rates than insurance
  • Attorney handles payment coordination

The problem most providers face

  • No reliable source of pre-qualified PI patients
  • Competing for patients with no vetting
  • Spending money on ads with no targeting
  • Getting patients who can’t pay or won’t follow through

What we solve

We send you pre-qualified accident injury patients who:

  • Were recently injured in Georgia
  • Need medical treatment
  • Have an active personal injury case
  • Understand medical lien basis
  • Consented to provider contact
  • Are matched to your specialty and location

  • Match your specialty and service area

Step 3 — Patient is matched to your practice

Based on your specialty type, zip codes served, patient capacity, and territory lock (if applicable).

Step 4 — You receive the referral

Instant email notification with: patient name & contact info, injury description, case type, treatment needed, attorney contact (if represented), language spoken.

Step 5 — You contact the patient

Call within 24 hours for best results. The patient is expecting your call. The attorney is copied on the referral.

The Math — Why It Pays

Why medical lien patients are worth paying a referral fee for:

Example: Chiropractor

Average PI patient treatment 24 visits
Average charge per visit $150
Total lien value per patient $3,600
Our referral fee $75–150
Your net per patient $3,450–3,525
ROI on referral fee 23–47×

Example: Pain Management

Average epidural injection $3,000
Average patient 3–6 injections
Total lien value $9,000–18,000
Our referral fee $125–200
ROI 50–100×+

Example: MRI Center

Average MRI cost $2,500
Our referral fee $150–200
ROI 12–15×
At these ROI levels, one additional patient per month pays for the entire monthly subscription.
